Special FX Lighting worked with the design team at Focus Lighting to support their lighting design for Bad Roman Restaurant in New York City. Focus Lighting’s design called for tinted incandescent lamps to create a warm, layered atmosphere throughout the space, carefully balancing color and light to reinforce the restaurant’s inviting, intimate dining experience.

Based on those exacting color specifications, Special FX Lighting color-coated A19-style LED lamps to match each tint precisely. The finished lamps preserved the richness, warmth, and visual character of the original incandescent concept while allowing the project to move forward with an LED solution that remained fully aligned with Focus Lighting’s design intent and the overall ambiance of the space.
